Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Product Strategist will be tasked with identifying customer requirements and aligning them with broader business goals that the product aims to address. This role will spearhead product innovation, drive revenue enhancement, and boost customer engagement by facilitating a collaborative approach and coordinating teams to design, implement, and successfully introduce CPI programs and products. The Lead Product Strategist will also articulate the product vision, define success metrics, and guide the team towards the effective development and launch of the product.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Formulate and oversee the comprehensive business strategy, develop the profit and loss (P&L) statement, drive revenue, and ensure the successful design, market viability, and launch of the program or product.
  • Utilize financial expertise and analytical skills to assess data, provide recommendations, and lead the development of new and existing products from concept to successful launch.
  • Collaborate with the Market Research Team to comprehend customer/user needs, identify gaps, and engage with key stakeholders to transform opportunities into successful programs and products.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the content comprising the product (CPI training courses), possessing a thorough understanding of all aspects of the product, and contributing to comprehensive reviews of the content.
  • Identify suitable Subject Matter Experts for the design and development of programs and products within the portfolio.
  • Facilitate and execute the initial visioning workshop to initiate the development of a new product or program.
  • Establish strong relationships with product, marketing, technology services, sales, and training teams to ensure the success of the portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned related to the position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in developing and executing product or project plans within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in creating and delivering eLearning, blended learning, and classroom training programs in a corporate context.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching high-quality products.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and advance initiatives.
  • Strong, proactive communication skills, adaptable to various audiences, including C-suite executives and frontline staff.
  • Ability to convey direction clearly in both verbal and written formats.
  • Skilled in uniting diverse perspectives and driving consensus on direction to advance multiple programs and cross-functional activities.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for product and process improvements and execute on those opportunities.
