Job Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Media Solutions to join our organization.

The SVP, Media Solutions will be instrumental in propelling new business development through pitch creation, directing media strategies for select clients, and assisting in the leadership of our media division.

This position demands a proactive, results-driven professional with extensive knowledge of media planning and a proven history of successful business pitches.

Light to moderate travel may be necessary for key clients and in-person business presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
Guide the formulation and implementation of media strategies for new business proposals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise comprehensive and effective media solutions for potential clients.
Work closely with the business development team to pinpoint opportunities and craft compelling media content and proposals.
Leverage market research, industry insights, and consumer data to create innovative media strategies that set us apart from competitors. Present media strategies and proposals to prospective clients with confidence and expertise.
Identify and pursue avenues to broaden our media services and client base.

Client Management:
Oversee media planning and strategy for a designated portfolio of client accounts.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their media requirements are fulfilled and expectations surpassed.
Continuously evaluate campaign performance, refine strategies, and offer strategic recommendations to clients.
Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth.
Collaborate with the President and other senior leaders in establishing the strategic direction for the media division.
Co-lead the media division with an emphasis on enhancing team performance, nurturing innovation, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
Mentor and guide a team of media strategists, promoting their professional development and ensuring high-quality output.
Advocate for the integration of new media platforms and technologies into BVK's service offerings.
Contribute to the overall advancement and success of the media division.

Financial Oversight:
Effectively manage media budgets for new business proposals and client accounts.
Monitor and regulate expenditures, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget parameters.
Collaborate with the accounting team to track and report on media expenditures.

Stay Informed and Innovate:
Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in the media landscape.
Encourage a culture of innovation within the media division, identifying opportunities for new media channels and tactics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a proven track record in new business development.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of media planning tools, research methodologies, and industry-standard software.
A strategic thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
