Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and interpret various reports to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in operational processes, assessing overall effectiveness.
  • Coordinate resources for initiatives that impact branch operations.
  • Deliver analyses and reports to senior management, accompanied by actionable recommendations and strategic plans.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and propose viable solutions for enhancement.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic objectives and business targets.
  • Collaborate with Uline leadership to ensure that business decisions are in alignment with operational priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Foster relationships with department leaders to enhance communication across various business sectors.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including prior leadership roles.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with PowerBi or SQL is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to various branch and international locations.
