Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Strategist to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a key member of our Wealth Planning Business Development Team, you will play a critical role in supporting client advisers and integrating goal-based financial planning into sales and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the Wealth Planning Business Development Team to support client advisers and integrate goal-based financial planning into sales and service delivery.

  • Focus on increasing the close rate of new, complex prospects and deepening relationships with existing clients using a fiduciary approach.

  • Provide enterprise-wide guidance and serve as a subject matter expert to resolve complex planning issues.

  • Work with high-net-worth individuals and apply complex wealth planning concepts.

  • Support and drive new business activities across all business lines of Associated Bank.

  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to facilitate new business production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.

  • 4-7 years Wealth/Financial planning and planning software experience.

  • Understanding of advanced financial planning concepts.

  • Broad knowledge of investment, insurance products, consultative sales.

  • Strong awareness of tax planning issues.

  • CFP-Certified Financial Planner or CWS-Certified Wealth Strategist by start date.

  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License within 1 year.

  • Series 7-Stockbroker Exam by start date.

  • CPA - Certified Public Accountant by start date.
