About the Role

In this hybrid office position, you will coordinate administrative tasks for our orthopaedic surgeons, manage reception duties, and oversee observation/visitor coordination. Your responsibilities will include meeting scheduling, correspondence processing, travel arrangements, and budget management. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with prior administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
