Job Responsibilities

The Administrative Manager will provide administrative support to the Director of Special Projects & Operations, including:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing correspondence and reports
  • Handling confidential data and files
  • Coordinating travel arrangements

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that office infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently, including maintaining administrative systems, managing supplies, and coordinating vendor services.

In addition, the Administrative Manager will assist in developing procedures for current and future programs, working collaboratively with staff to ensure effective program implementation.
