Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health services. We are recruiting for a Part-time Receptionist available for our Seattle Dental Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a dental background and be able to work Mondays and Saturdays.

The Receptionist will coordinate dental appointments, post patient data, generate dental records, assist dental providers in maintaining an appropriate flow of the front office, and facilitate the delivery of dental care services to patients. The successful candidate must have basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with a diverse multi-cultural population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate dental appointments and manage patient schedules
  • Post patient data and maintain accurate records
  • Assist dental providers in maintaining a smooth workflow
  • Facilitate communication between patients and dental team members

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous dental reception experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to type 35-45 wpm
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desirable

Salary: $20.00 per hour. Sea Mar offers a competitive salary and benefits package to its employees.
