Job Summary

The Seattle Housing Authority is looking for an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide complex executive support for senior management, coordinate meeting schedules, arrange appointments, and manage visitors.

You will also independently answer phone calls and handle routine correspondence, act as a representative of the director and liaison with other departments and external agencies, assist with confidential issues, discipline, performance appraisals, and training programs, conduct research and data collection for assignments and projects, perform data management, technical reporting, and website updates, and coordinate office management functions, including purchasing, payroll, and attendance.
