We are seeking a Commercial Property Supervisor who will manage a premier office facility and act as the primary liaison for external partnerships.


Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate property oversight, third-party management, or related fields
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Customer-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Leadership capabilities
Team collaboration skills
Effective time management
Familiarity with MRI accounting software and Kardin budgeting software preferred
Preferred designations include CPM, RPA, or CSM
Comprehensive understanding of financial management and building operations
Demonstrated experience in managing, evaluating, developing, and motivating team members
Ability to effectively lead a team of professionals, including employees and contractors
Prior experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease agreements and/or contract terms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
Direct, coordinate, and maintain functional oversight of property management operations
Provide comprehensive leadership in property management through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, and coordination of information flow and management strategies
Guide and mentor Property Management staff, fostering reasonable career advancement opportunities for property management professionals
Monitor budget discrepancies and ensure a smooth recovery process
Oversee the invoicing process, including the payment of bills and disbursement of funds
Manage cash flow and financial requirements to ensure efficient cash utilization
Supervise the preparation of reports, annual budgets, and other documentation for ownership in accordance with management agreements
Facilitate timely collection of management fees and reimbursements
Maintain communication with third-party owners, ensuring full contract compliance and accurate reporting
Address tenant relations issues to ensure satisfaction
Conduct regular property inspections with staff
Supervise construction projects alongside the Construction Manager, including approving contracts and invoices
Ensure adherence to Property Management Policies and Procedures, as well as codes, regulations, and directives from governmental agencies.

$125,000 - $130,000 USD
