Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial property management, asset management, leasing, or sales
  • Involvement in at least 10 real estate transactions across Retail, Office, Multifamily, STNL, or Senior Housing assets
  • For those in property or asset management, experience in at least 5 transactions related to the acquisition or disposition of real estate investment assets
  • A background in the development of real estate investment assets with a minimum of 3 years in a financial role is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, particularly in business outreach and development
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus
  • Background in real estate is beneficial
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA, Law Degree, or PhD are highly desirable
