Your Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial property management, asset management, leasing, or sales.
  • Involvement in at least 10 real estate transactions across various asset types including Retail, Office, Multifamily, STNL, and Seniors Housing.
  • If your background is in property or asset management, you should have participated in at least 5 transactions related to the acquisition or disposition of real estate investment assets.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a finance role related to the development of real estate investment assets is also valuable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, particularly in business outreach and development.
  • Entrepreneurial experience, such as having started your own business.
  • A background in real estate is advantageous.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA, Law Degree, or PhD are highly regarded.
