Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial property management, asset management, leasing, or sales
  • Experience with a minimum of 10 real estate transactions in sectors such as Retail, Office, Multifamily, STNL, or Seniors Housing
  • For those in property or asset management, involvement in at least 5 transactions related to the acquisition or disposition of real estate investment assets
  • A background in the development of real estate investment assets with at least 3 years in a financial capacity is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, particularly in business outreach and development
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus
  • Background in Real Estate is beneficial
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA, Law Degree, or PhD are highly regarded
