Allied Staff Augmentation Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Planner III to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's projects by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and resolving any scheduling conflicts that may arise.

As a Resource Planner III, you will be responsible for utilizing our advanced workforce management system to create and maintain accurate schedules. You will collaborate closely with supervisors to prioritize critical tasks and address any schedule discrepancies. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in conveying schedule adjustments to field personnel through various channels, including radio, phone, and system messages.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in resource scheduling within the construction or maintenance industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and exceptions using our sophisticated workforce management system.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure crucial tasks are prioritized and schedule conflicts are resolved.
  • Communicate schedule adjustments to field personnel through various methods, including radio, phone, and system messages.
  • Dispatch work post-morning yard departures, making Crew adjustments using software.
  • Resolve access issues by contacting customers when necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, identifying and resolving schedule deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for outage planning and resource management.
  • Make schedule adjustments based on feedback and participate in incident response efforts.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for seamless interaction with various levels within the organization.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Experience or training in resource scheduling and construction/maintenance practices.
