Role Summary

The role involves monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. You will identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefits of our information technology systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee architecture and engineering management processes within infrastructure and operations.
  • Provide level three support for infrastructure administration and technical assistance, focusing on service restoration and incident resolution.
  • Assist project teams with technical challenges during the initiation and planning phases of projects.
  • Participate in projects aimed at facilitating the transition from development to production staff by performing operational activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience
Required: 10 years of information technology experience, or 8 years with an associate's degree, or 6 years with a bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a master's degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Expertise in working with databases, online solutions, and programming languages.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply logical thought processes to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations with frequent interruptions and changing priorities while maintaining professional communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Job Duties
  • Facilitate daily operations of the infrastructure while ensuring optimal system and data availability.
  • Install and support technology infrastructure and related devices.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, including personnel and resource management, documentation, and reporting.
  • Provide Level III Network Server and Infrastructure Support, coordinating activities with PC Support staff.
  • Develop and promote standards, policies, and procedures for technology systems management.
  • Engage in training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
