Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our vacation properties. Your expertise in maintenance, customer service, and problem-solving will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and repair HVAC systems, perform plumbing maintenance, and replace electrical fixtures as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of units, common areas, and grounds to prevent issues and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • Certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills required.
  • Working knowledge of appliance repair.
