Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Butler & Associates, P.A. as a Court Communications Manager. This is a full-time position responsible for managing court communications, preparing and processing reports, and performing other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Court Communications: Review and distribute incoming emails, answer emails in a professional manner, and prepare and process reports.
  • Review Court Pleadings: Review court pleadings, including orders, to determine appropriate action.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and process documents.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
