Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the client intake process, reporting, and tracking system for our Commercial Loan Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loan monitoring processing by maintaining files, tracking insurance, and exceptions for the Commercial Loan Programs.
- Support Commercial Loan Program and Employee Loan Program staff with loan processing needs.
- Update Commercial Loan Files and Exception Database.
- Track Commercial Loan Payments, make bank deposits, statements, and mail outs.
- Participate in training, technical assistance, and organizational capacity building efforts.
- Coordinate and perform staff and/or operational support activities.
- Provide administrative support, including answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and other activities.
- Prepare or assist with the preparation of program reports and perform basic information gathering and analysis.
- Manage the Potawatomi Business Directory, updating online and print directories.
- Requisition supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate degree or related field.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment.
