We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Representative to join our Amazon Business team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth with our most influential sellers through strategic insights and high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with our top-selling partners and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
- Identify and influence key decision-makers within our accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to create and present compelling Amazon Business solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Develop and manage strategic account growth plans with our sellers in tandem with internal category teams to improve business metrics across selection, listing quality, pricing, and fulfillment.
- Recruit against a target set of large enterprise distributors and manufacturers, working closely with leaders across various teams, including Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Restricted Products, and Category Business Development.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance and communicate the Voice of the Seller internally as an input into product development and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
- 5+ years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
