Position Overview

The Director of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for leading the company's growth strategy and expanding our market reach. As a crucial part of our leadership team, you'll oversee the sales pipeline, manage client relationships, and craft sales strategies to position S2NOVA as a top choice for SailPoint and ServiceNow services.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans aligned with S2NOVA's business goals, targeting key markets for SailPoint and ServiceNow.


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients seeking identity management and IT operations solutions.


Pipeline Management and Optimization: Collaborate with executives to create short, medium, and long-term sales pipelines that drive revenue, and establish and refine sales processes to maximize effectiveness.


Proposal Development and Presentation: Create and present compelling proposals that highlight the value of S2NOVA's tailored solutions.


Deal Negotiation and Closure: Conduct business value analysis, develop pricing strategies, and close high-value deals.

You're a Match if You Have


• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably within IT services, enterprise security, or identity governance (SailPoint, ServiceNow).


• Proven leadership skills, including managing sales teams and creating strategies that drive results.


• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience selling technical services to enterprise clients.

What we Offer


Compensation: Base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.
