Senior Director of Business Development

We're seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team at G2O, a customer experience transformation partner. As a Sr. Director of New Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for uncovering and evaluating new client opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, and developing strategic growth plans. Your expertise in business development, sales, and client relationships will be essential in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted engagement strategies
- Lead negotiations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions for clients
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of consulting industry experience, with a strong track record of successfully selling, delivering, and growing revenue for a company
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
