Position Overview:
This role involves working in the field of pesticide product registration and compliance, requiring a proactive mindset and a passion for aiding business growth and technical initiatives related to new product registrations.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Remote

Compensation:
Starting Pay Rate: $45.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Contract Duration:
One Year Contract

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, toxicology, environmental engineering, or a closely related field is required.
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pesticide product registration or a comparable combination of education and experience, including the preparation and submission of pesticide registration applications, product labels, and data matrices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations concerning pesticide registration is essential.
- Familiarity with pertinent federal and state regulatory programs (e.g., FIFRA, TSCA, Prop 65) is required.
- Proven experience in managing multiple complex product registrations and compliance projects is necessary.
- Experience in safety and compliance practices is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects related to pesticide product registration, safety, and compliance.
- Facilitate FIFRA registrations for conventional pesticides, including the preparation and submission of product applications.
- Coordinate multiple product registrations and project teams, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining quality standards for project deliverables.
