Position Overview:

Rose International is seeking a dedicated Pesticide Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on the registration and compliance of pesticide products, requiring a proactive mindset and a passion for facilitating business growth through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage projects related to pesticide product registration, safety, and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of FIFRA registrations for conventional pesticides, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate multiple product registrations while managing project teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all project deliverables.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, toxicology, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pesticide product registration or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations governing pesticide registration.
  • Experience with federal and state regulatory programs such as FIFRA, TSCA, and Prop 65.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects related to safety and compliance.

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and onsite work. Candidates must be local to the area.
