Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate choice and provide tailored support while coordinating activities that enhance individual well-being and development.
  • Implement all services and programs as outlined in individual support plans.
  • Adhere to all regulations and policies set forth by The Kennedy Collective and relevant governing bodies.
  • Oversee daily living skills, including personal care, recreation, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Maintain current training certifications.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with colleagues, supervisors, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain accurate records in the designated system as required.
  • Administer medications in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring availability and adherence to prescriptions.
  • Advocate for individuals and empower them to advocate for themselves.
  • Safeguard the rights and safety of all individuals by following privacy regulations and reporting any instances of abuse or neglect.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical endurance to perform necessary holds and transfers.
