Position Overview:
The Administrative Support Manager will oversee and direct all administrative support teams within the facility. This role involves collaborating with manufacturing leadership to manage projects and coordinate the allocation of support resources to operational areas as needed. Responsibilities include conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, preparing presentations, and providing additional support as requested by site leadership. The manager will also oversee inventory tracking and traceability for the site and lead all site events while coordinating the necessary logistics.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and training a team.
  • Expertise in change management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting reports and production data.
  • A high level of professionalism, customer service orientation, and approachability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential documents and situations.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and delegation skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of common A/V and communication systems (e.g., Teams, conference calls).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Training and/or experience in management or leadership is preferred.
