Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will be entrusted with the administrative responsibilities essential for fulfilling your duties effectively. Your primary objective will be to provide clerical support in a timely manner, adhering to established protocols and under the guidance of your supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
• Adhere to the reception schedule and instructions provided by your supervisor, in line with our established policies.
• Manage the paging and telephone systems as necessary.
• Handle incoming calls, assess the nature of inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Assist department heads with administrative tasks, including typing reports and correspondence.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of experience in a clerical role, or successful completion of a secretarial science program from an accredited institution.
