Overview
We are in search of a Partner Development Manager who excels at discovering and nurturing new client relationships and is motivated by a consultative, relationship-driven approach to business development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, comfortable reaching out to potential clients, and adept at securing leads. We prioritize our clients' needs and are committed to effectively promoting our services across various industries and organizational sizes.

The Partner Development Manager will focus primarily on outbound business development (90% outbound, 10% inbound as necessary). Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying and participating in events, networking opportunities, job fairs, and in-person selling to generate new client leads.

This position reports to the Managing Director of Partnerships and is designed to be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your network and connections to identify and secure various recruitment opportunities for our internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of outbound activity through phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and other methods; this role requires significant cold outreach and follow-up.
  • Actively seek out and attend events, networking functions, job fairs, and other opportunities to generate new client leads.
  • Engage with existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Employ social media regularly to build a continuous business pipeline.
  • Develop creative strategies to generate leads and sales in your designated region.
  • Collaborate with team members to cross-sell additional services.
  • Become knowledgeable about our offerings and passionately share this information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to a dynamic team of professionals.
  • Document all communications and activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven success in outbound B2B sales, with established connections in Human Resources and Management.
  • Experience in staffing or recruitment is essential, with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other social media platforms for research purposes.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
  • Persistence and drive to achieve high activity levels to meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to receive constructive feedback and adapt quickly to improve sales effectiveness.
