Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative plays a vital role in the strategic team at Rebound Behavioral Health, an acute inpatient setting for adult men and women experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges.

This role serves as a strategic partner within the facility and surrounding community through collaboration, education, and sourcing various referral sources in South Carolina and neighboring states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key referral sources to identify and extend opportunities for partnering and growth.
  • Works closely with facility discharge partners and direct care professionals to generate referral sources.
  • Coordinates with direct care professionals and intake department to ensure efficient admissions process for all patients.
  • Educates patients, families, community partners, and potential partners on programs, services, and amenities provided within the facility.
  • Travels frequently to meet and educate referral sources.
  • Utilizes analytic tools to display productivity for connections with referral sources.
  • Establishes community outreach initiatives and facilities in partnership with the Director and direct care professionals.

Requirements:

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in marketing, social work, counseling, or nursing required.
  • Four or more years' experience in a healthcare business development role required.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance coverage, and access to an automobile required.
