Become a Key Player as a Shift Manager

We are seeking a committed professional to provide outstanding customer service and ensure efficient operations within our parking facility. As a Shift Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to manage the daily activities of the parking site.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute cashier and attendant tasks as assigned
  • Confirm cash bank and supplies at the beginning of each shift
  • Distribute tickets to patrons and process payments
  • Handle exception transactions in accordance with company guidelines
  • Complete daily shift documentation and keep the cashier booth organized
  • Notify the Operations Manager of maintenance and repair requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
  • Punctually report for work

Qualifications:

  • Capability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands or arms
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a customer service position is advantageous

Work Environment:

The role may involve exposure to various weather conditions and fumes while performing duties. The noise level can vary from low to moderate.

Interactions:

This position requires engagement with location management, corporate staff, colleagues, field personnel, customers, vendors, and property management.
