Shift Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a committed professional to provide outstanding customer support and maintain efficient operations within our parking facility. As a Shift Manager, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage the daily activities of the parking site.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cashier and attendant responsibilities as instructed
  • Check cash bank and supplies at the beginning of each shift
  • Issue tickets to patrons and handle payment collections
  • Process exception transactions in accordance with company guidelines
  • Complete daily shift documentation and ensure a tidy cashier booth
  • Notify the Operations Manager of maintenance and repair requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
  • Punctually report for work

Qualifications:

  • Capability to stand, walk, sit, utilize hands and fingers, and reach with hands or arms
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous

Work Environment:

The role may involve exposure to various weather conditions and fumes while performing duties. Noise levels can vary from minimal to moderate.
