Shift Manager

Colonial Parking Inc is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking facility. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless experience for our customers while managing the flow of vehicles in and out of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cashier and attendant responsibilities as instructed by the Operations Manager
  • Confirm cash bank and supplies at the beginning of each shift
  • Accurately issue tickets and collect payments
  • Handle exception transactions in accordance with company procedures
  • Keep the cashier booth organized and report any maintenance issues to the Operations Manager
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies
  • Punctually report to work and follow company guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications
