Core Responsibilities
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing client and customer satisfaction.
- Support the daily operations of the assigned locations.
- Ensure that every guest experience aligns with company and client service expectations.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers.
- Issue parking tickets to incoming guests.
- Manage traffic flow as required.
- Report any known incidents, observed or suspected breaches of company policy, safety concerns, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- As needed, cover roles such as Valet, Garage Attendant, or Cashier on a temporary basis during scheduled shifts.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the garage layout and familiarity with major streets, landmarks, and highways in the vicinity.
Qualifications
Compensation: $17.50 per hour (plus tips)
This position is eligible for tips in addition to the stated hourly wage.

Education/Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one month of related experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.
Communication Skills: Demonstrates clear speaking abilities; listens attentively and seeks clarification; responds effectively to inquiries.
Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; capable of reading and interpreting written information.
Customer Service: Maintains a positive demeanor; responds promptly to service requests and assistance.
Adaptability: Adjusts to changes in the work environment; manages unexpected events and delays effectively.
Judgment: Displays sound and accurate judgment.
License Requirement: Candidates must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with an up-to-date address and acceptable driving record.

While executing the responsibilities of this position, employees are frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects.
