Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting individual assessments, working with managers and staff to improve performance, and maintaining confidentiality of all information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual assessments via paper, telephone, and/or in person using standard questions and evaluation procedures
  • Work with managers and staff to improve performance and complete routine paperwork and processes
  • Track data and prepare information and reports for management
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and complete daily and weekly status reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 or more years of experience working with elderly and persons with disabilities preferred and/or customer service
  • Ability to understand functional abilities of persons with disabilities and testing methods
  • Ability to successfully complete training program
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Knowledge of paratransit routing software preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time, and prioritize work
