About the Role

As a key member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will have the opportunity to lead day-to-day activities of client accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for client questions, issues, and feedback, providing premier service and support.
  • Facilitate business review meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating forecasting and demand planning for client prioritization.
  • Build and maintain billing plans and schedules for service revenue, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve significant client issues, protecting company and client interests.
  • Serve as the client site representative, ensuring the best-in-class service for clients.
  • Input accurate demand forecasts into the Site & Operation (S&OP) cycle, analyzing monthly revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, provide supplementary services, and handle annual contract pricing.
  • Facilitate project closure and launch reviews, ensuring detailed execution.
  • Identify new sales and portfolio expansion opportunities within site processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ yrs of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Client interface experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with GMP and the pharmaceutical industry highly desirable.
  • Well-organized and detailed, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and conflict resolution skills preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle overall client relationships.
