About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at Consolidated Electrical Distributors.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new and existing products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
