About the Role

Fiserv is seeking a highly skilled Client Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and internal Fiserv associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle client calls, issues, and escalations with minimal supervision.
  • Apply strong research and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve reported problems.
  • Thoroughly track, organize, and document all support-related activities.
  • Collaborate with Fiserv clients and associates to guide them on the features and operation of AIX core processors, applications, and peripherals to maximize their business objectives.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex problems and related inquiries.
  • Deliver professional and timely client communications, providing updates on problems and project status.
  • Cultivate valuable relationships with large bank and high-priority clients to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Perform system administration duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a Customer Service role.
  • Experience in the banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Precision core AIX servers and associated peripherals.
  • Knowledge of the banking or Financial Services industry.
