Client Technical Support Specialist

Fiserv is seeking a highly skilled Client Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and internal Fiserv associates.
Key Responsibilities- Independently handle client calls, issues, and escalations with minimal supervision.
- Apply strong research and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve reported problems.
- Thoroughly track, organize, and document all support-related activities.
- Collaborate with Fiserv clients and associates to guide them on the features and operation of AIX core processors, applications, and peripherals to maximize their business objectives.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex problems and related inquiries.
- Deliver professional and timely client communications, providing updates on problems and project status.
- Cultivate valuable relationships with large bank and high-priority clients to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
- Perform system administration duties.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years in a Customer Service role.
- Experience in the banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Precision core AIX servers and associated peripherals.
- Knowledge of the banking or Financial Services industry.
