Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

- Identify and address client pain points to improve overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or related customer service roles.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
