Job Description

Ascend Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Property Management team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our team with periodic reporting responsibilities, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property and asset management team, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and executing special requests.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Manage and prepare periodic reports, update certificates of insurance, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Compose and send tenant communications, including events, building updates, and rent statement information.
  • Supply Management: Manage office and kitchen supply replenishment, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Event Planning: Plan and support tenant appreciation events, a quarterly responsibility.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional, reliable, flexible, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate well in both written and verbal forms.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist with other team members' projects.
