Position Summary:

We are seeking an HR Director to spearhead essential HR functions and drive the formulation, execution, and assessment of initiatives and policies that align with the company's growth objectives. This role involves providing leadership and support to the HR team while ensuring the effective management of processes including recruitment, performance evaluation, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Formulates and oversees the implementation of plans, systems, policies, and processes for talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Talent Development:
    • Designs and manages training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Identifies high-potential employees and establishes career development pathways.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Creates and executes leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
    • Provides coaching and mentoring to managers and executives.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develops strategies to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
    • Measures and analyzes employee engagement metrics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation principles, talent management, market trends, and succession planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
  • A reliable team player with the capability to work independently.
