We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at LaSalle Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the achievement of our goals.
- Employee Engagement and Development: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, including training and development initiatives.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent, and develop strategies to retain and develop existing employees.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- HR Operations and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
