- Position Descriptions and Records: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date position descriptions and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Special Projects: Assist with confidential and special projects as assigned by senior leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Education: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in a large governmental agency, business firm, or civic organization operating in the area of social services.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience at the administrative or managerial level, with a strong background in human resources, operations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
