Job Description

  • Contribute directly to the development strategy for your accounts, using internal tools and you will be responsible for deploying the actions defined with customers
  • Customer's main interface within the company (managing the entire commercial relationship with a view to customer satisfaction and the overall profitability of your accounts)

In collaboration with the company's various departments :

  • Prepare commercial offers (costing, technical and industrial proposals, etc.)
  • Lead the commercial and logistical contracting phase
  • Negotiate programs in terms of price, lead time, quality, etc.
  • Ensure the financial follow-up and risk management of your portfolio: profitability, compliance with payment deadlines, management of obsolete or excess inventory, quality or technical disputes, etc.

Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiator, at ease with customer account development assignments
  • Several years' successful sales experience in an industrial subcontracting industry, ideally with a solid background in electronics, in the home automation and/or IoT sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of PLEX ERP is a plus
  • Regular travel to our production sites and customers

Additional Information

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position of at least 40 hours of work per week. There may be times when more or less hours could be required.
TRAVEL
Regular travel to our production sites and customers
