Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and site visits.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers, including product recommendations and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and distribution, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of formwork solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
