We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Zimmer Biomet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding assigned quotas in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including surgeons, dentists, laboratories, and office personnel.
- Identify and tailor solutions to meet the needs of customers, educating them on Zimmer Biomet Dental Products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the ZBD Solutions Team to create differentiated value for customers and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and implement a territory business plan, targeting new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local customer programs and events to drive sales, build brand loyalty, and ensure proper product use.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Science preferred.
- 2-3 years of sales experience with a documented track record of overachievement.
- B2B sales experience in health science preferred but not required.
- Completed formal consultative sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.).
Up to 95% travel, predominantly by car, with occasional overnight stays and air travel as needed.
