About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pape' Material Handling. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Fresno area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new and used material handling equipment sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the material handling equipment industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
