Matson Alarm, parte de Pye-Barker, está en búsqueda de un Territory Sales Consultant para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto ofrece una estructura de comisiones altamente competitiva.

Resumen del Puesto: El Territory Sales Consultant debe contar con experiencia sólida en ventas externas, preferiblemente en el sector de seguridad o protección contra incendios, junto con habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Este rol es fundamental para el crecimiento de la empresa y promueve la marca de la sucursal en áreas de instalación y servicio para clientes comerciales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y mantener una red de contactos para identificar nuevas oportunidades de ventas.
  • Interactuar con clientes y prospectos para comprender sus necesidades de productos o servicios; identificar y sugerir soluciones adecuadas.
  • Educar a los clientes potenciales sobre los productos y servicios disponibles.
  • Demostrar las funciones y utilidades de los productos o servicios a los clientes.
  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante una comunicación continua y gestión de relaciones; resolver cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir después de la venta.
  • Mantener comunicación con clientes existentes y anteriores, informándoles sobre nuevos productos, servicios y mejoras que puedan ser de interés.
  • Registrar detalladamente las actividades de ventas, incluyendo llamadas, pedidos, ventas, negocios perdidos y cualquier problema de relación con clientes o proveedores.
  • Proporcionar pronósticos periódicos de ventas en el territorio.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la dirección.

Educación y Habilidades Requeridas:

  • Diploma de secundaria / GED.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas externas es requerida.
  • Se prefiere título universitario en Marketing, Ventas, Negocios o campo relacionado.
  • Conocimiento técnico de la industria de seguridad y protección contra incendios, o disposición y motivación para aprender.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
  • Habilidades de ventas y negociación ejemplares.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las industrias y estrategias del mercado objetivo.
  • Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office o software relacionado.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés.
