This position is for a Senior Product Manager of Consumables at Accordance Search Group, a dynamic player in the Medical Device sector.

Position Overview:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual business strategy for consumable offerings.
  • Prepare and present precise forecasts for consumable products on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Achieve established targets for key products, gross margins, and revenue set by the consumables division.
  • Exceed customer expectations while ensuring fairness and sustainability for the organization.
  • Translate customer requirements and ensure effective communication across relevant channels.
  • Engage with customer groups and industry associations to integrate into their business environments.
  • Thoroughly identify and comprehend customer objectives, aligning products and services to address their challenges.
  • Create sales support materials, including product summaries, objection handling resources, and marketing collateral.
  • Innovate new product offerings and SKUs for consumable starter kits and bundles.
  • Enhance customer ordering processes and capabilities, including e-commerce and partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Articulate the strengths and competitive advantages of our products and services, demonstrating how they meet customer needs.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for consumable goods.
  • Establish regular engagement patterns for consumable products.
  • Identify and prioritize key business activities, maintaining focus on proactive strategies while minimizing reactive responses.
  • Clarify customer expectations for interactions with the company, facilitating consistent planning.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $140,000-$150,000 plus performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, with the company covering 85% of costs for employees and their families.
  • 401k retirement plan with matching contributions.
  • Flexible remote work options with up to 30% travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in consumables product management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of both downstream and upstream marketing.
  • Experience in product roadmap and lifecycle management is essential.
  • Skilled in collaborating with market development teams to create customer-facing materials.
  • Experience with digital eCommerce solutions and website management is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and commercial goals.
  • Demonstrated success in selling within the infection prevention sector.
  • Experience in infection control and risk management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate significant deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong clinical and concept selling skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the hospital purchasing process, including roles of National Accounts, GPOs, IDNs, and distributors.
  • Must comply with hospital and customer credentialing requirements.
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate ambiguity.
