About The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will influence the direction of our family wellness initiatives, ensuring they align with the varied needs and goals of families.

Your role will involve applying product management methodologies and AI/ML technologies to drive the development of state-of-the-art wellness solutions. Your proficiency in these areas will be crucial for utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch, focusing on the design and execution of A/B testing strategies, optimizing product features, user experiences, and messaging to adapt to the evolving needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings in the family wellness sector.
  • Foster internal understanding of how AI and technology can enhance family wellness.
  • Oversee the architecture and feedback systems to assess family wellness metrics.
  • Facilitate the integration of wellness partners, allowing third-party products and services to seamlessly connect with the PanasonicWELL experience.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to create predictive models and algorithms for analyzing wellness data and delivering personalized user recommendations.
  • Establish standardized scoring systems in compliance with regulatory guidelines to help customers set measurable wellness objectives and track their progress effectively.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to develop and launch new family wellness products.
  • Define product specifications and features based on market research and customer insights.
  • Maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for product promotion and market entry.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to refine product features, user experiences, and messaging, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, making informed decisions for enhancements and updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards relevant to family wellness products.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards for consumer wellness products, minimizing risks and ensuring product integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the wellness or consumer health sector.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or businesses successfully.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Passion for promoting family wellness and healthy living.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a hands-on approach to product development.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on execution.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for consumer wellness products.
  • Experience with family-oriented products or services is advantageous, along with involvement in wellness, coaching, or nutrition programs.
