About The Role:
We are on a quest to create a holistic wellness solution tailored for contemporary families, addressing diverse wellness needs through a blend of human and AI support. We are in search of a skilled and motivated Family Wellness Product Manager to spearhead the creation of innovative products that empower families to thrive. In this pivotal role, you will influence the future of our wellness offerings, ensuring they resonate with the varied needs and goals of families.
Your role will involve applying product management methodologies and AI/ML technologies to drive the creation of state-of-the-art wellness solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch, designing and implementing A/B testing strategies, enhancing product features, user experiences, and messaging to align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings in the family wellness domain.
- Foster internal understanding of how AI and technology can enhance family wellness.
- Develop frameworks for monitoring family wellness and integrating partner services into the PanasonicWELL ecosystem.
- Collaborate with data science teams to create predictive models for analyzing wellness data and delivering personalized user recommendations.
- Establish scoring systems aligned with industry regulations to help customers set and track wellness goals effectively.
- Work alongside marketing, design, and engineering teams to launch new family wellness products.
- Define product specifications and features based on market research and user feedback.
- Maintain a product roadmap that outlines critical milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to devise effective product promotion strategies.
- Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product features and user experiences.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, making informed decisions for enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards relevant to family wellness products.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, safeguarding product integrity and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or Master's Degree is advantageous.
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the wellness or consumer health sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or businesses.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Genuine passion for promoting family wellness and healthy living.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving product development.
- Proactive approach with a focus on execution.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards for consumer wellness products.
- Experience with family-oriented products or services is a plus.
