About The Role:

We aim to create a comprehensive wellness platform for contemporary families, addressing diverse needs through a blend of human and AI support. We are in search of a dedicated Family Wellness Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative solutions that empower families to enhance their health and happiness. In this pivotal role, you will influence the future of our wellness offerings, ensuring they align with the varied needs and aspirations of families.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in the family wellness domain.
  • Fostering an understanding within the organization of how AI and technology can enhance family wellness.
  • Leading the design of frameworks for measuring family wellness and integrating partner services into the PanasonicWELL ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with data science teams to create predictive models for analyzing wellness data and delivering personalized user recommendations.
  • Establishing scoring systems that comply with regulatory standards, enabling customers to set and track wellness goals effectively.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to launch new family wellness products, defining requirements based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Developing and maintaining a strategic product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to devise effective product promotion strategies.
  • Implementing A/B testing to refine product features and user experiences based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitoring product performance and customer feedback post-launch to inform ongoing enhancements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to family wellness products.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, safeguarding product integrity and safety.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, or Engineering; an MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Over 7 years of experience in product management, ideally within the wellness or consumer health sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or businesses.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A genuine passion for promoting family wellness and healthy living.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving product development.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards related to consumer wellness products.
  • Experience with family-oriented products or services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
