About The Role:

Our objective is to create a holistic wellness solution for contemporary families, addressing diverse needs across the wellness spectrum through a combination of human and AI-driven support. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Family Wellness Product Manager to spearhead the development of groundbreaking products that empower families to lead healthier and happier lives. In this pivotal role, you will influence the future of our family wellness initiatives, ensuring they cater to the varied needs and aspirations of families.

Your responsibilities will include applying product management methodologies and AI/ML technologies to propel the creation of innovative wellness solutions and insights. Your proficiency in these areas will be crucial in utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch, designing and implementing A/B testing strategies, optimizing product features, user experiences, and messaging to adapt to the evolving requirements of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the family wellness domain.
  • Foster internal understanding of how AI and technology can enhance the overall wellness of families.
  • Develop frameworks for architecture, feedback mechanisms, and signal monitoring to assess family wellness.
  • Establish a wellness partner integration framework, allowing third-party products and services to seamlessly connect with the PanasonicWELL experience.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to create predictive models and algorithms for analyzing wellness data and delivering personalized recommendations.
  • Set up standardized scoring systems in line with regulatory guidelines to help customers establish measurable wellness goals and track their progress effectively.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to conceptualize and launch new family wellness products.
  • Define product specifications, requirements, and features based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a product roadmap that outlines significant milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for product promotion and market entry.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to refine product features, user experiences, and messaging, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, making informed decisions for product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to family wellness products.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards for consumer wellness products, minimizing risks and ensuring product integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, ideally within the wellness or consumer health products sector.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or businesses from inception to success.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
  • A genuine passion for promoting family wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive end-to-end product development.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on execution.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for consumer wellness products.
  • Experience with family-oriented products or services is a plus, along with involvement in wellness, coaching, or nutrition programs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
